Now this one is very interesting. This leak occurred back when 3D Realms was going to publish Blood. One of the developer's computers was sent to a PC repair shop, and this shop found this in development game and copied and leaked it. It was mentioned the next time a PC goes in for a repair, someone is going along with the computer and is not going to take their eyes off of it during the process. Anyways, this is a very early look at Blood, complete with interesting documentation like Change Logs, early map designs, and even the (now open source) BUILD Engine source code.

Development Screen Shots

Monolith 1997 Weekly Updates 24.6
Blood QStudios Web Page

972 Well this is a very rare stuff since it was made in the very early days of Blood development, and in the days where most of the webpages didn't have nice and fancy designs, this one is no exception. ;) You can find alot of great stuff there, much of it is pretty preliminary, so Browse it... I also removed all now nonexsistant links from there.
Blood Cryptic Passage Promo Shots 344 These are the two official screenshot collections of Sunstorm Interactive's add-on Cryptic Passage. While they will look 'normal' to most of fans, actually they are taken from the Blood's mapedit.exe, and check out that Tchernobog sprite in the vortex, it's not like that at all in the final version of the add-on. Also there is a different "Opera" sign, and there are no butchers at that level, near the opera entrance...  the web versions of screenshots (blurry but no messages on them), or the pack that was included in the Cryptic Passage Demo which has some messages on the screenshots and 'faded' edges as well
Blood rare screens 684 Source unknown.
Blood Unknown Screens   The source of these is unknown, I found them on some webpage and forgot the adress... Anyway, they are very small and do not show anything cool or whatever, but they are from the preview that was written pretty much far before game was released, thus one screenie features older shotgun render and another has a different Blood logo.
Blood Internal Test Screens 79.1 Three developer test screenshots. Two of them were made by developers while testing the Innocent character AI right at the time it was nearly finished, and on a special test map, that piece never made it into Blood. Another one is taken from the deathmatch game between developers while testing out a new Caleb rendered graphics. Again, the picture is small but you can see Croweater (Blood level designer), Shadow (Daniel Leeks, one of Blood team programmers) and Dude (I don't know who is that:) fighting testing the new Caleb renders (before and right from the start the sprites for player were used from the Cultist enemy) on a map that looks alot more like the final release of Blood, but this one probably didn't make it too. Well, it's not much, but these screenies are very rare now. :)
