UPPER CASE CODE = normaly included in a NAMES.H file
LOWER CASE CODE = not normaly included in a NAMES.H file
  The CODE in yer .NUM files needs to be set up so you can

NICE = non redneck things in good shape or NICE shape, like the word implys

METAL = grey iron, metal, or steel stuff with no rust, like sprites
IRON  = rusted iron, metal, or steel, like wall plates textures
TRY = try the item later for it looks usefull like it's worth a TRY
NR = Never Relitive alignment, if R-ed it's not R-ed in game play
AB = Always Blocked, even if it is unblocked, it's blocked in game play
HP = has pink and there fore is a sprite
NP = does not have any pink and could be a used as a sprite or texture
REFLECTS inticates the type of sky the vehicle window reflects
