Neil's Zone, (Mall of Death is how I usually think of this map), has fair level design and gameplay. What I really like about it is the replacement ART tiles. They came from the TekWar game and look very nice in this setting. There are a few little bugs like some HOM in the storage closet but they do not effect gameplay. There is a lot of ammo around and quite a few hidden areas with ammo and stuff in them. It's worth checking out just for the new art.
