Pigs and Brains has poor to fair level design and poor to fair gameplay for the most part. Some levels are very short with little detail. There are very few secrets and not much ammo on most levels. For the first 4 levels all I had was a pistol, shotgun, and a few pipebombs. I got the rocket launcher on level 5 but only had the 5 rockets that came with it. I never found or got the machine gun. Some of the boss fights are very unfair. I rate this TC as poor with 1 out of 5 stars.
