Attrition is for version 1.4/1.5. It has over 31 user maps plus the Daikarin Episode included with it. The file is 27.9MB in size and the file name is attrition.rar. It was released on 4/2/2010. It requires the EDuke32 port and can be played with or without the High Resolution Pack.

I only had time to play the first level of episode one so far. It installed fine and there were no problems that I noticed. Since the first two episodes are user maps from various authors I am not going to comment on level design for the one map I did play. The new gameplay dynamic seems very interesting though. I am not going to get into all the new features of this mod, please read the text doc. that is included with this mod. A few highlights are: an experience system, new weapons and attacks, upgradeable weapons, new items and environmental effects and other things from DukePlus. Based on the one level I did play this mod seems to be up to the usual high standards you can expect from its author Deeper Thought. Again based on that one level I played I rate this mod as Very Good with 4 out of 5 stars. (That is subject to change when I get a chance to play the whole thing.)
